The Mediterranean Cross-Border Cooperation Programme, funded by the European Union
Tender No. (1) for the year 2023 regarding the supply and operation of Mixed Reality Headset (MR), Cardboard
The Department of Public Antiquities would like to launch a tender for the supply and operation of Mixed Reality Headset (MR), Cardboard. Therefore, licensed companies wishing to participate in the bidding are requested to review the Department of Public Antiquities / Directorate of Financial Affairs to obtain a copy of the tender documents and according to the following conditions:
- The deadline for obtaining a copy of the bidding documents begins on Sunday, April 16, 2023.
- The last date to obtain a copy of the bidding documents is the end of official working hours on Sunday, April 30, 2023.
- The bidder must have a commercial register and a tax number.
- The bidder must submit bid entry insurance (bank guarantee) in a separate envelope according to the following requirements:
- Bid entry insurance (bank guarantee) worth 3% of the total bid value, in the name of Atoufah, Director General of the Department of Antiquities, in addition to his position.
The validity period of the bid security (bank guarantee) is ninety days from the date of deposit of bids.
- Any offer that is not accompanied by a security for entering the tender will be rejected.
While the entry insurance was submitted by a bank check, this check must be certified and issued by a bank accredited to the Central Bank of Jordan and in the name of His Excellency the Director General of the Department of Antiquities in addition to his position, and it must be in the name of the supplier and affixed with the name and/or bid number as stated in the document. Otherwise, the check will not be accepted and his offer will be rejected.
- The price of the tender copy is free.
- Bids shall be deposited in the Department of Public Antiquities/Bid Fund no later than 12 noon on Thursday, 5/11/2023.
- Advertising fees paid by the person awarded the bid.
