Follow-Up Unit

The Follow-Up Unit is responsible for monitoring urgent and important matters, making reminder calls on topics that require information gathering and report preparation, and following up on all official correspondence to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the implementation of instructions and decisions issued by the General Directorate.
  • Monitor the preparation and execution of annual and operational plans of the directorates, coordinate with oversight bodies such as the Audit Bureau and the Internal Control Unit, and provide all required data, documents, and information promptly and accurately.
  • Provide the administration with information on the alignment of implementation with planned objectives, and identify unexpected shortcomings that require corrective action.
  • Collect and analyze information, derive relevant indicators, and present them to the administration to enable assessment of progress and support informed decision-making, ensuring the continued advancement of various activities and projects.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness, outcomes, and impact of different projects and activities.
  • Monitor workflow, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with allocated budgets and project timelines for all outputs.
